My goal is to help support and guide you through identifying areas of life that may feel incomplete or out of sorts. Many of us have thoughts, beliefs, or behaviors that prevent us from living the peaceful and joy-filled life we deserve. Trauma, early life experiences and/or life challenges and transitions can often leave us feeling hopeless, alone, and triggered.
I offer an individualized approach, and we work together to create a plan and identify techniques that best suit your journey. I typically use a combination of talk therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based practices to help empower you and address the different shadows that may be surfacing in your life.
